Ingredienti
- manzo (da brasare)700 g
- fagioli neri (cotti)500 g
- riso300 g
- platano da cucina o banana2 pz
- cipolla2 pz
- pomodoro3 pz
- aglio4 spicchi
- cumino1 cucchiaino
- olio4 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Boil or braise the beef for 1–1.5 hours until tender, then shred it into strips.
Sauté onion, garlic, and tomatoes, then add cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded beef to the sofrito and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Heat the beans with some onion, garlic, and salt.
Cook the rice separately, slice the plantain, and fry until golden.
Serve everything on one plate: rice, beans, beef, and fried plantain.
