Pad See Ew
A popular home-cooked Thai dish with wide rice noodles, chicken or beef, Chinese broccoli or broccoli, well suited for a family menu.

Istruzioni
Boil the wide rice noodles in salted water until cooked, reserve a little of the cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop the aromatic ingredients and heat them in a pan.
Add the chicken or beef and egg and cook until the desired tenderness.
Stir in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and Chinese broccoli or broccoli and heat until a uniform sauce forms.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot.
