Istruzioni

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 20 minutes.

Sauce: fish sauce + tamarind + palm sugar + soy sauce.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips; stir-fry in a wok over high heat for 3 minutes.

Push the chicken to the side; crack in the eggs and scramble with a spatula.

Add the noodles and sauce; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and spring onions. Serve with peanuts and lime.
