Chicken Paella
A popular homemade Spanish dish made with paella rice, chicken thighs, and bell pepper — a great addition to a family menu.

- peperone2 pz
- piselli verdi100 g
- zafferano0.3 g
- brodo di pollo900 ml
- olio d'oliva3 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- paprica1 cucchiaino
- aglio2 spicchi
- limone1 pz
Istruzioni
Season the chicken pieces with salt and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook for a few minutes until softened.
Add the paella rice, stir, and heat for 1–2 minutes.
Pour in hot broth with saffron or paprika, spread the rice evenly, and do not stir again.
Cook over medium heat for 15–18 minutes, adding peas or beans towards the end.
Remove from heat, cover for 5 minutes, and serve with lemon.
