Seafood Paella
A Spanish rice dish with mussels, shrimp, and saffron

- cipolla1 pz
- aglio3 spicchi
- zafferano0.5 g
- brodo di pesce700 ml
- olio d'oliva3 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- prezzemolo15 g
- limone1 pz
Istruzioni
Sauté the onion and garlic; add the diced bell pepper.
Add the rice; fry for 2 min. Add the saffron dissolved in hot broth.
Pour in the broth (2× the volume of the rice); season with salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to a minimum. After 10 min — add the mussels and shrimp.
Cook for another 10 min without stirring (a crispy crust — socarrat — will form).
Serve with lemon and parsley.
