  • latte250 ml
  • lievito secco10 g
  • tuorli d'uovo8 pz
  • zucchero180 g
  • burro180 g
  • uvetta120 g
  • scorza di limone1 cucchiaino
  • vaniglia1 pizzico
  • sale1 a piacere

Istruzioni

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with a spoonful of sugar and flour; leave for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy.

Combine the starter, egg yolks, flour, salt, vanilla, and zest.

Gradually work in the soft butter and raisins, and knead thoroughly.

Transfer into a tall tin, filling it halfway, and leave to rise.

Bake at 170 °C for 40–50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
