Szczecin Paprikash
A Polish fish and rice sandwich spread with tomato and spices
Ingredienti
- pesce affumicato o in scatola250 g
- riso100 g
- carota1 pz
- cipolla1 pz
- concentrato di pomodoro2 cucchiaio
- paprica1 cucchiaino
- olio2 cucchiaio
- pepe nero1 a piacere
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
Cook the rice until tender and let it cool.
Sauté the onion and carrot in oil until soft.
Add the tomato paste, paprika, pepper and a few spoonfuls of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
Flake the fish with a fork, removing any bones if present.
Mix the fish, rice and tomato vegetables together into a thick paste.
Chill and serve on rye bread or toast.
