Pasta with Pumpkin and Sage
An autumn pasta with pumpkin sauce, butter and sage
Ingredienti
- pasta300 g
- zucca500 g
- burro40 g
- salvia8 foglie
- parmigiano80 g
- cipolla1 pz

Istruzioni
Cook the pasta in salted water until done, reserve a little of the cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion and heat it in a pan.
Add the onion and cook until the desired softness.
Stir in the butter, pumpkin, sage and parmesan and heat until a smooth sauce forms.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot.
