Pearl barley porridge with carrots, onion, pepper, and tomato gravy

- peperone1 pz

- olio2 cucchiaio

Istruzioni
Rinse the pearl barley, soak it, and cook until tender.
Dice the onion, carrots, and pepper into small cubes.
Sauté the onion and carrots for 5 minutes, then add the pepper.
Add the tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Simmer the gravy for 10–12 minutes until thickened.
Serve the pearl barley porridge with the vegetable gravy.
