Piadina with Cheese and Ham
A thin Italian flatbread with cheese, ham and herbs
Ingredienti
- farina di frumento250 g
- acqua tiepida130 ml
- prosciutto cotto150 g
- formaggio stagionato150 g
- rucola50 g
- olio d'oliva2 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
For "Piadina with Cheese and Ham," cut the ham and wheat flour into portion-sized pieces.
Fry the ham until lightly golden.
Add the aromatic ingredients and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Pour in the warm water and olive oil, then add the hard cheese and arugula.
Simmer over low heat until soft and the sauce has thickened.
Adjust salt and pepper, serve hot.
