Sweet Polish pierogi with a berry filling
Ingredienti

- uovo1 pz
- mirtilli300 g
- zucchero60 g

Istruzioni
Prepare a soft dough from flour, egg, salt, and warm water; leave to rest for 20 minutes.
Mix the blueberries with sugar and starch so the filling does not leak out.
Roll the dough out thinly, cut out circles, and place the berry filling on top.
Pinch the edges especially tightly so the juice stays inside.
Cook at a gentle boil for 3 minutes after they float to the surface.
Serve with sour cream, yogurt, or a dusting of sugar.
