Homemade Polish pierogi with a juicy meat filling
Ingredienti
- farina di frumento400 g
- uovo1 pz
- manzo o maiale lesso400 g
- cipolla2 pz
- brodo80 ml
- burro40 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Knead the dough from flour, egg, salt, and warm water; leave it covered with a towel for 20 minutes.
Grind the boiled meat through a meat grinder or food processor.
Fry the onion until soft, then mix with the meat, broth, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the dough, cut out circles, place the filling inside, and pinch the edges closed.
Cook in salted boiling water for 4 minutes after they float to the surface.
If desired, quickly pan-fry the finished pierogi in butter until lightly golden.
