Pytt i panna
A popular home dish of Swedish cuisine made with boiled potatoes, ham or sausage, and onion — perfect for a family menu.
Ingredienti
- patata lessa700 g
- prosciutto cotto o salsiccia300 g
- cipolla1 pz
- uovo4 pz
- burro40 g
- barbabietola in salamoia150 g
- cetrioli in salamoia40 g
Istruzioni
Cut the boiled potatoes, meat or sausage into small cubes of equal size.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until soft.
Add the potatoes and fry until they turn golden brown at the edges.
Add the meat or sausage, stir and heat until lightly crisped.
Separately fry eggs with a soft yolk.
Serve the pytt i panna with an egg, pickled beetroot or cucumbers.
