Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Mix the minced meat with the onion, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.

Knead the meat for 5 minutes and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Shape into large flat patties approximately 1 cm thick.

Brush with oil and grill or pan-fry for 4–5 minutes on each side.

Serve in bread or with ajvar, onion and potatoes.
