Placki with Mushroom Sauce
Crispy Polish potato pancakes with a creamy mushroom sauce
Ingredienti
- patata800 g
- cipolla2 pz
- uovo1 pz
- farina2 cucchiaio
- olio5 cucchiaio
- funghi300 g
- panna200 ml
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Finely grate the potatoes and onion, drain off excess liquid.
Add the egg, flour, salt and pepper, and mix together.
Fry thin pancakes in hot oil until crispy.
For the sauce, fry the mushrooms with the onion until golden.
Add cream, salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Serve the placki immediately, topped with the mushroom sauce.
