Polish Beetroot Salad
A simple Polish salad made with beetroot, apple, and horseradish
Ingredienti
- barbabietola4 pz
- mela1 pz
- rafano grattugiato1 cucchiaio
- succo di limone1 cucchiaio
- olio1 cucchiaio
- zucchero0.5 cucchiaino
- sale1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Boil or roast the beetroot until tender, then cool and peel.
Grate the beetroot and apple on a coarse grater.
Add grated horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and a pinch of sugar.
Drizzle in a little oil and mix well.
Chill for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
Serve alongside meat, cutlets, or potatoes.
