Polish Pork Goulash
Homemade Polish pork goulash in a thick sauce
Ingredienti

- paprica2 cucchiaino
- farina1 cucchiaio
- foglia di alloro2 pz
- pepe nero1 a piacere
- sale1 a piacere
- brodo o acqua400 ml
Istruzioni
Cut the pork into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown.
Sauté the onion and carrot in the same pot.
Add paprika, garlic and tomato paste, heat for 1 minute.
Return the meat, pour in the broth, and add the bay leaf.
Simmer covered for 60 minutes until the meat is tender.
Thicken the sauce with a spoonful of flour dissolved in water, and serve with dumplings or porridge.
