Chinese-Style Tomatoes with Eggs
A quick homestyle Chinese dish made with juicy tomatoes and tender eggs.

- pomodoro4 pz
- uovo4 pz
- cipollotto20 g
- zucchero1 cucchiaino
- salsa di soia1 cucchiaino
- olio3 cucchiaio

Istruzioni
Cut the tomatoes into large wedges and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
In a hot pan, quickly fry the eggs into soft curds and transfer to a plate.
Add a little oil, the tomatoes, sugar, and soy sauce.
Cook for 3–4 minutes until the tomatoes release their juices but do not fall apart completely.
Return the eggs to the pan and gently stir to combine.
Sprinkle with green onion and serve with rice.
