Wheat Porridge with Mushroom and Sour Cream Sauce
Hearty wheat porridge with champignons and a sour cream sauce
Ingredienti

- champignon300 g
- cipolla1 pz
- panna acida150 g
- olio2 cucchiaio
- erbe fresche10 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
Cook the wheat groats in salted water until soft.
Slice the mushrooms, and dice the onion.
Sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry until the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in the sour cream, a little water, salt and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the mushroom and sour cream sauce over the porridge and serve hot.
