Wheat porridge with a gravy made from chicken, tomato, and vegetables
Ingredienti
- semola di grano250 g
- filetto di pollo400 g
- cipolla1 pz
- peperone1 pz
- concentrato di pomodoro2 cucchiaio
- paprica1 cucchiaino
- olio2 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- acqua500 ml
Istruzioni
Rinse the wheat groats and cook in salted water until tender.
Cut the chicken into cubes, finely chop the onion and pepper.
Fry the chicken for 5 minutes, then add the onion and pepper.
Add the tomato paste, stir and heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in the water, season with paprika, salt and pepper, and simmer for 12 minutes.
Serve the wheat porridge topped with the thick chicken-tomato gravy.
