Millet Porridge with Meat Gravy
A savory millet porridge with a hearty gravy made from pork and onions

Istruzioni
Rinse the millet and pour boiling water over it, then cook in salted water until tender.
Cut the pork into small cubes.
Fry the meat over high heat until golden brown.
Add the onion, fry for 5 minutes, then stir in the flour.
Pour in water or broth, add a bay leaf, and simmer for 25 minutes until tender.
Serve the millet porridge topped with hot meat gravy.
