Fluffy Doughnuts with Jam
Light and airy yeast doughnuts with berry jam inside
Ingredienti
- farina500 g
- latte260 ml
- lievito secco7 g
- uovo1 pz
- zucchero70 g
- burro50 g
- marmellata densa180 g
- olio per friggere700 ml
Istruzioni
Prepare a yeast dough from milk, yeast, sugar, egg, butter and flour.
Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Divide into balls, flatten each one and place a small spoonful of thick jam in the centre.
Pinch the edges together firmly and shape into round doughnuts.
Leave to rest for 15 min, then deep-fry until golden.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
