Polish-style potato balls with a meat filling
Ingredienti
- patata1000 g
- fecola di patate120 g
- uovo1 pz
- carne lessa350 g
- cipolla1 pz
- lardo o pancetta per servire80 g

- pepe nero1 a piacere
- panna150 ml
- panna acida100 g
Istruzioni
Boil half of the potatoes and mash them; grate the other half raw and squeeze out well.
Mix the boiled and raw potato with starch, egg, and salt.
Mince the meat and combine with fried onion, pepper, and salt.
Shape the potato mixture into flat rounds, place the filling inside, and form into balls.
Cook in salted water for 8–10 minutes after they float to the surface.
Serve with crackling, onion, or sour cream.
