Raclette with Potatoes
Melted raclette cheese with potatoes, pickled gherkins, and vegetables
Ingredienti
- formaggio raclette400 g
- patata600 g
- cetrioli in salamoia150 g
- prosciutto cotto o salsicce200 g
- peperone dolce2 pz
Istruzioni
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in their skins until tender.
Slice the raclette cheese, and prepare the gherkins, ham or small sausages, and bell pepper for serving.
If you have a raclette grill, melt the cheese in the small trays; if not, heat it briefly under a broiler in an oven-safe dish.
Cut the hot potatoes in half or crush them slightly.
Pour the melted cheese over the potatoes.
Serve immediately with pickled gherkins, ham or small sausages, and sweet bell pepper.
