Racuchy with Apples
Fluffy Polish apple pancakes made with yeast or kefir
Ingredienti
- farina300 g
- latte250 ml
- lievito secco5 g
- uovo1 pz
- mele2 pz
- zucchero3 cucchiaio
- olio per friggere4 cucchiaio
- zucchero a velo30 g
- sale1 a piacere
- panna150 ml
- panna acida100 g
Istruzioni
Dissolve the yeast with a spoonful of sugar in warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.
Add flour, egg, the remaining sugar, salt and mix into a thick batter.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices or grate them.
Fold the apples into the batter and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Serve warm with powdered sugar or sour cream.
