Rinse the rice and cook it; season the warm rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Lay the nori on a mat (over plastic wrap); cover with rice, leaving a 2 cm edge.

Flip the nori rice-side down; place Philadelphia cream cheese and salmon + cucumber along the bottom edge.

Roll the roll using the mat into a tight cylinder.

Cut with a sharp wet knife into 8 pieces.
