  • salmone fresco200 g
  • formaggio philadelphia150 g
  • cetriolo1 pz
  • aceto di riso40 ml
  • salsa di soia50 ml
  • wasabi1 cucchiaino
  • sale1 a piacere
  • zucchero1 cucchiaino
  • zenzero fresco1 cucchiaino
  • cetrioli in salamoia40 g

Rinse the rice and cook it; season the warm rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Lay the nori on a mat (over plastic wrap); cover with rice, leaving a 2 cm edge.

Flip the nori rice-side down; place Philadelphia cream cheese and salmon + cucumber along the bottom edge.

Roll the roll using the mat into a tight cylinder.

Cut with a sharp wet knife into 8 pieces.

Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
