Ropa Vieja

Istruzioni
For Ropa Vieja, cut the bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, garlic, and beef for braising into portion-sized pieces.
Sear the beef for braising until lightly browned.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Pour in water and add cumin.
Braise over low heat until tender and the sauce has thickened.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
