Norwegian casserole of fish, pasta and white sauce
Ingredienti

- pasta300 g
- latte300 ml
- burro40 g

Istruzioni
Boil the pasta and wheat flour in salted water until cooked, reserving a little of the cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the aromatic ingredients and heat them in a pan.
Add the white fish and cook until the desired tenderness.
Stir in the milk, butter and breadcrumbs and heat until a smooth sauce forms.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot.
