Rinse the rice and boil in salted water until cooked.

Slice the mushrooms into pieces, dice the onion.

Fry the onion in oil until translucent.

Add the mushrooms and fry for 8 min until golden.

Add flour, water or vegetable broth, salt and pepper; simmer for 5–7 min.
