Leek and Egg Salad
A simple Polish salad with leek, egg, apple and mayonnaise
Ingredienti

- mela1 pz
- mais in scatola150 g
- maionese80 g

- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Slice the leek into thin rings, pour boiling water over them and let cool.
Hard-boil the eggs, peel and dice them.
Peel the apple and cut into small cubes.
Mix the leek, eggs, apple, corn and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper and leave in the refrigerator for 15 min.
Serve as a salad for lunch or as a filling for sandwiches.
