Knead unleavened dough, roll it out thinly, brush with butter, and roll it into a log.

Refrigerate the log for 30 minutes, then cut it into pieces.

Finely chop the meat and mix it with onion, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Roll out each piece of dough, place the filling inside, and shape into a triangle.

Brush the samsa with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
