Sarmale with Mamaliga

- maiale e manzo macinati500 g
- riso250 g
- cipolla1 pz
- concentrato di pomodoro2 cucchiaio
- panna acida150 g
- farina per polenta250 g
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
- vino secco150 ml

Prepare the cabbage or grape leaves: rinse them, blanch or soak to remove excess salt.

Mix the ground meat with rice, onion, salt, pepper and herbs.

Wrap the filling in the leaves into small rolls.

Arrange the sarmale in a pot in layers, adding tomato sauce or sauerkraut.

Braise over low heat for 1–1.5 hours until tender.

Prepare the mamaliga separately and serve the sarmale with it and sour cream.
