Polish Cheesecake
A classic Polish cheesecake with raisins and vanilla
Ingredienti
- ricotta1000 g
- uovo5 pz
- zucchero180 g
- burro100 g
- amido2 cucchiaio
- uvetta80 g
- vaniglia1 cucchiaino
Istruzioni
Press the cheese through a sieve or blend until smooth.
Beat the butter with the sugar, then add the egg yolks one at a time.
Fold in the cheese, vanilla, starch, and raisins.
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and gently fold them into the cheese mixture.
Transfer to a parchment-lined tin and bake at 170 °C for 55–65 minutes.
Leave to cool in the switched-off oven, then refrigerate.
