Finely chop the onion and parsley.

Mix the mince with the onion, parsley, cinnamon, salt and pepper.

Knead well and shape into small sausages or patties.

Brush them with olive oil.

Grill or pan-fry for 10–12 minutes, turning until golden brown.

Serve in pita bread or with salad and lemon.
