Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers into large cubes.

Slice the onion into thin half-rings.

Mix the vegetables with olives, salt and a small amount of oil.

Grate or crumble bryndza or sirene on top in a generous layer.

Optionally add parsley and a little vinegar.
