
Swedish Meatballs
Tender meatballs in a creamy sauce for dinner with mashed potatoes or pasta.
Ingredienti
- carne macinata di manzo300 g
- carne di maiale macinata300 g
- cipolla1 pz
- pangrattato60 g
- latte100 ml
- uovo1 pz
- burro40 g
- farina1 cucchiaio
- panna200 ml
- brodo250 ml
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Pour milk over the breadcrumbs and leave for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry until soft.
Mix both types of ground meat, the breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper; shape into small balls.
Fry the meatballs in butter in batches until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add flour, stir, pour in the broth and cream, and cook until thickened.
Return the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 8–10 minutes until cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes.
