Fried Rice with Pineapple
A popular homemade Thai dish with cooked rice, pineapple, shrimp or chicken, perfect for a family menu.

Istruzioni
Break apart the cold rice with your hands so the grains are separate.
Cut the pineapple into cubes, and prepare the vegetables and green onions in advance.
In a hot pan, fry the garlic, then add shrimp, chicken, or tofu.
Add the rice, pineapple, peas or pepper, and stir quickly.
Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, or curry powder to taste.
Serve with cashews, lime, and herbs.
