Cut the cheese into thick slices or sticks and chill well.

Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Coat the cheese in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs; for a firmer crust, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps once more.

Heat oil in a frying pan or deep fryer.

Fry the cheese quickly, 1–2 minutes per side, until the crust turns golden and the cheese does not leak out.
