  • brodo1200 ml

Istruzioni

Rinse the lentils and soak for 30 minutes if needed.

Sauté the onion, carrot and celery in oil until soft.

Add the lentils, potato, broth and bay leaf.

Cook for 30–35 minutes until the lentils are tender.

Slice the sausages and add them at the end, heat through for 5 minutes.

Season with vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley.
