French Lentil Soup
A hearty soup made with green lentils, carrots, celery, and herbs
Ingredienti

- carota1 pz

- brodo700 ml

Istruzioni
Rinse the lentils, and finely dice the carrots, celery, and onion.
Cut the smoked bacon into small pieces and fry in a pot until lightly browned.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the lentils, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil.
Cook for 30–35 minutes, until the lentils are tender but not mushy.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve the thick soup hot.
