Istruzioni

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add milk, flour, and a pinch of salt.

Beat the egg whites separately to soft peaks and gently fold them into the batter.

Slice the apples into thin wedges and lightly sauté them with butter and cinnamon.

Pour part of the batter into a greased baking dish, arrange the apples on top, then pour over the remaining batter.

Bake at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with sour cream or honey.
