Poltava Solozhennyk
A fluffy Poltava solozhennyk with cottage cheese and a sour cream topping

- farina150 g
- latte250 ml
- zucchero80 g
- ricotta300 g
- panna acida120 g
- burro40 g
- vaniglia1 pizzico
Istruzioni
Separate the eggs into whites and yolks; beat the yolks with sugar.
Add milk, flour, and melted butter, and stir to combine.
Mash the cottage cheese with sour cream and vanilla.
Beat the whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter.
Place a layer of batter in the pan, add the cheese filling, then top with another layer of batter.
Bake at 180 °C for 30–35 min; serve warm.
