Cherry Solozhenik
A sweet baked solozhenik with cherries and a light tartness
Ingredienti
- ciliegie denocciolate350 g
- uovo4 pz
- farina120 g
- latte200 ml
- zucchero80 g
- amido1 cucchiaio
- burro20 g
Istruzioni
Pit the cherries, mix with some of the sugar and starch.
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, add the milk and flour.
Beat the egg whites to peaks and fold into the batter.
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in half the batter.
Arrange the cherries on top and cover with the remaining batter.
Bake at 180 °C for 25–30 min; serve dusted with powdered sugar.
