Cut the beef and kidneys into cubes and coat in flour.

Fry the meat in batches until browned.

Add the onion, stock and Worcestershire sauce, and simmer for 1.5 hours.

Allow the filling to cool so the pastry does not become soggy.

Place the filling in a dish and cover with puff pastry.

Bake at 200 °C for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden.
