
Mandu Soup
A popular home-cooked Korean dish with Korean mandu dumplings, broth, egg, perfect for a family menu.

Istruzioni
For "Mandu Soup", cut the green onion, garlic and egg into convenient pieces.
In a pot, heat the fat or a small amount of liquid and sauté the green onion and garlic for 3–5 minutes.
Add the egg, green onion and garlic, then pour in the broth and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until the densest ingredients are tender.
At the end, stir in the Korean mandu dumplings, broth and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup at the appropriate temperature: hot for hearty soups or well chilled for cold ones.
