Baked Pork with Spices
Juicy pork baked with garlic and rosemary
Ingredienti

- patata600 g
- aglio5 spicchi
- paprica2 cucchiaino
- rosmarino1 rametto
- olio d'oliva3 cucchiaio
- sale1 a piacere
- pepe nero1 a piacere
Istruzioni
Rub the neck with salt, pepper, paprika and minced garlic.
Make incisions and insert pieces of garlic inside. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Place in a baking dish; arrange sliced potatoes with oil around it.
Cover with foil; bake at 180 °C for 60 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
