  • cheddar250 g
  • uovo1 pz
  • burro30 g
  • sale1 cucchiaino

Boil the potatoes until soft and mash roughly.

Slowly fry the onion in butter until sweet and soft.

Mix together the potato, onion and grated cheddar.

Lay half the pastry into a tin and add the filling.
