Thai Fried Rice
A popular homestyle Thai dish made with cooked rice, chicken or shrimp, and egg — a great addition to any family menu.

- riso cotto500 g

- uovo3 pz

Istruzioni
Use cold cooked jasmine rice, breaking up any clumps with your hands.
Prepare the egg, garlic, onion, vegetables, and chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
In a hot wok, fry the garlic, then add your protein and cook through.
Push the ingredients to the side, crack in the egg, and stir quickly.
Add the rice, soy or fish sauce, and a little sugar, then stir-fry over high heat.
Serve with cucumber, lime, and spring onion.
