Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup
A popular homemade Taiwanese dish with braising beef, wheat noodles, soy sauce, perfect for a family menu.

Istruzioni
For "Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup", cut the tomatoes, braising beef and wheat noodles into convenient pieces.
Heat fat or a small amount of liquid in a pot and sauté the tomatoes for 3–5 minutes.
Add the braising beef, wheat noodles and tomatoes, then pour in the soy sauce and broth.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until the densest ingredients are tender.
Towards the end, stir in the ginger, soy sauce and broth, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup at the appropriate temperature: hot for hearty soups or well chilled for cold ones.
