Prick the base with a fork and blind bake for 10–12 minutes.

Boil or fry the chicken and cut it into small pieces.

Blanch the asparagus for 2–3 minutes and chop it.

Mix the eggs, cream, cheese, chicken and asparagus together, season with salt and pepper.

Fill the tartlets and bake until the filling is set and the tops are golden.
